Summary: Manages, supports, and assists with a variety of administrative duties related to IT Services, under the direction of the Director, IT Services. Performs duties in accordance with ProSciento’s values, policies, and procedures.

General IT Administration:

Associates degree or above plus three years’ experience working in office administration for a mid-sized company, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in an IT environment with knowledge of using help ticket systems, knowledge of basic purchasing and receiving procedures and experience organizing vendor information and IT documentation. Experience with light end user support and training.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), procedural manuals, governmental and clinical regulations, and similar documents. Able to communicate effectively to employees, cross departmentally, in management groups and group meeting settings.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate knowledge of the current MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to quickly learn and use new software systems.
